Last updated 4 October 2026

Channel Studio is a private tool that one owner uses to plan, produce and publish videos to their own YouTube channels. There is no public sign-up. This page explains what it stores and how to remove it.

What we store

YouTube data

Channel Studio uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel it reads that channel's identity, upload status and analytics, and uploads and updates the videos you approve. By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's processing is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

How long data is kept

Service providers

To produce videos, Channel Studio sends prompts, script text and media requests to the AI, voice, stock media and rendering providers the owner connects. Each provider processes that content under its own terms. Only the providers listed under Settings, Providers receive data.
